How do I edit my Fan profile?

Last Updated: Sep 19, 2013 03:18PM EEST

Where can I edit my fan profile?

Whenever you are in the private view of your profile, a grey Edit button is shown next to your profile picture and name. Clicking that button will open the profile edit page. You can access the edit page also from the main menu, located in the upper right corner of our site: clicking your user name opens a dropdown menu, where clicking on Edit profile takes you to editing your profile.

What can I edit in my fan profile?

The screenshot below shows all parts of your Fan profile that you can edit. You can edit each section by clicking the blue pencil symbols.

1. Profile picture

Here you can set yourself a nice profile picture. The recommended size of the profile photo is 200 x 200 pixels, but it's also possible to use a photo that is of other size; you just need to zoom and align it to fit the size requirements.

2. Your name and a short title that describes you

Here you can edit your profile name and give your profile a short title that describes yourself.

3. Introduction text

The introduction text is where you can tell more about yourself, e.g. what kinds of things interest you, what kinds of talents you like, whom you are a fan of or what brought you to TeamUp. Express yourself!

4. Saving the changes

When you have made all edits that you want, remember to click the Done editing button (no 4. in the picture) to save your changes. Now your profile is ready!

If you are editing a profile that has been hidden or that you haven't published yet, the top of the edit page shows an orange bar that reminds you to publish your profile before you can use all features of TeamUp. When you have finished making your changes, you can publish your profile by clicking the blue Publish button, located in this orange bar.
